If you are filling out an ESTA so you can travel, the last thing you want is to have it end up in the trash pile. There are many errors people make that lead to a denial and it is important that you avoid making them. Here are three ways to increase your chances of your application being approved.

This is essential since you are not allowed to travel on dates that your passport would be expired. The best way to avoid this is to reread the entire document carefully after filling it out. You do not want to be forced to submit the entire application over because of a simple oversight.
3. Accidentally Clicking Yes
There are some questions on the application that are intended to keep people from entering who may pose a threat to national security. If anyone checks the yes box when filling out this section, it will lead to an automatic disqualification. Even if you do this by accident, it will result in your ESTA application being denied.
